Books discussing the ethics of food and the food industry

A comprehensive book on this subject (available through our FUSF Amazon link) is “Food Fight – The Citizens Guide to The Food and Farm Bill” by Michael Imhoff, a review of which is included below.
Another intriguing book (also available through our FUSF Amazon link) is “The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals” by Michael Pollan, (review included below). Some of the Amazon reader reviews are worth visiting as well, being well written and eye opening (no book is perfect!).
